We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Dispite the wide assortment, I think the colours work very well together.
I think the wings look very effective in black.
Again, like I said on ~Zaparc's, the lineart is rly letting this picture down. (Oopsie) It does need to be darkened or completly removed. (Where I've used the linetool you can see the blobs).
There are some white gaps near the braclets and on the neck of the top, but apart from that, it looks quite good.
I'd ask you pay more attention to the eyes too. (Search for Anime Eyes and see what comes up).
I think this is very good for an MS Paint job.
